Hoshiarpur people · Public life & leadership
Hoshiarpur’s public life reaches beyond the city’s boundaries. Its colleges educated national leaders, its parliamentary constituency elected figures who went on to hold high office, and people born in its villages entered international public service. These profiles identify the nature of each connection. Parliamentary representation is recorded separately from birthplace or family origin.
