Every region leaves an indelible stamp on the minds and hearts of those who grow
up in its soil. For Hoshiarpur, a city renowned for its rich heritage, culture,
and industrious spirit, producing individuals who scale global heights remains a
matter of immense pride. Among such notable figures is **Beas Dev Ralhan**, a visionary
entrepreneur, technologist, and the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
of **Next Education India Pvt. Ltd.**

His journey—from humble beginnings in the familiar lanes of Hoshiarpur to leading
one of India’s most influential digital learning and EdTech powerhouses—serves as
an inspiring beacon for aspirants and youth across the region.

## Early Life and Foundation in Hoshiarpur

Growing up in the city’s **Jagatpura** area, Beas Dev Ralhan spent his formative
years deeply embedded in the local culture and rhythm of Hoshiarpur. He completed
his early education up to the 8th standard at **Bliss Kindergarten School**, before
attending the prestigious **Government Senior Secondary School, Ghanta Ghar, Hoshiarpur**,
for his senior secondary schooling.

Walking through these historic local school corridors instilled in him core values
of hard work, perseverance, and a deep appreciation for learning. From a young age,
he exhibited a sharp analytical mind coupled with a creative bent, balancing academic
curiosity with a drive toward problem-solving.

Driven by a quest for higher academic excellence, he eventually cleared his path
to the prestigious **Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay**, where he earned
his Master of Science (MSc) degree. Later, he expanded his global business acumen
by attending the **London Business School**.

## Global Experience and Technological Expertise

Before stepping into full-scale entrepreneurial leadership, Ralhan accumulated extensive
international experience across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Gibraltar.

 * **Corporate Consulting:** As a technology consultant in the United States, he
worked with high-profile global brands and retail giants, including Neiman Marcus,
JCPenney, Target, Food Lion, and Polo Ralph Lauren.
 * **Tech Leadership:** He served as a developer and later as the Head of Research&
Technology at PartyGaming, refining his mastery over large-scale software systems,
   engineering management, and digital infrastructure.

This rich exposure to cutting-edge global technology laid the bedrock for his future
entrepreneurial ventures.

## Revolutionizing Education: The Birth of Next Education

In 2007, recognizing the massive digital divide and structural archaicness in the
traditional Indian schooling system, Ralhan co-founded **Next Education Pvt. Ltd.**
based in Hyderabad.

Under his leadership as CEO, Next Education transformed into a premier B2B EdTech
solution provider in India, impacting millions of students across thousands of schools.
The company specializes in creating innovative, technology-driven K-12 teaching
and learning solutions, digital classrooms, hardware, and curriculum content designed
to make learning immersive and conceptual rather than rote-based.

Despite early industry hurdles and startup challenges, Ralhan’s steady guidance
steered the company through economic cycles to establish it as an undisputed leader
in the Indian education ecosystem.

## Personal Philosophy, Interests, and Legacy

Away from boardrooms and coding architectures, Ralhan remains deeply grounded in
his roots. Known as a family man and an avid cricket enthusiast, he balances a high-
octane corporate life with quality time spent with his family and daughter. He is
an avid reader who enjoys exploring literature spanning business management and
magic realism.

His life narrative—transitioning from the school days at Bliss Kindergarten and
Govt. Sen. Sec. School Ghanta Ghar to becoming a pioneering tech CEO—proves that
background is never a barrier to monumental success when backed by relentless determination,
vision, and a commitment to societal progress.
